Michelle Mayer's Internship
Duties
Last summer my project was to create a method for training all of the new associates at the Kum & Go stores. This summer, my project is to create and implement an Associate Recognition Program in all of the stores.
Most Memorable Experience
Presenting my completed project to the founder, CEO, and Senior Vice Presidents of Kum & Go. I won the Kum & Go scholarship for the presentation.
Special Contribution
It was so cool to see my project actually implemented in all of the Kum & Go stores.
Advice to Future Interns
There is a reason you accepted the internship you did. You should be confident and use the talents that you have. You should also always do the best you can. It will pay off.
